CHALLENGE
Create a multi-page guide for administrators to use throughout the hiring process, including the recruitment, interview, and offer stages. This guide details information ranging from legal processes to best practices. The challenge of this project was taking large amounts of content and information and designing a resource that was clear, easy to follow, and digestible – without losing any of the substance.
OUTCOME
While print was originally considered for this project, I ultimately chose to design a digital booklet. This allowed me to frequently update the guide with new information as needed, as well as provide clickable links to required paperwork, additional external information, or other relevant pages within the document. The table of contents is fully linked as well, allowing for ease in the user experience. This was an internal-facing document; only a couple of sample pages are provided here.
