CHALLENGE
Design a Human Resources contact information resource to share with a range of people from administrators to new hires.
OUTCOME
A front and back rack card. I chose a rack card for simplicity and ease of use. Previously, there was an outdated trifold brochure – but I found there was an overwhelming amount of information that quickly become irrelevant as the department evolved. Rather than highlighting the specific staff members that cover each topic group, I chose to highlight team emails. This ensures the design has better longevity and does not need to be updated each time someone changes positions or leaves. Additionally, there is a short description of what one might ask of each group to help ensure questions get to the appropriate teams.
There was a large amount of content needing to be included, so I focused on color and typography to create a hierarchy that presented the information in a clear, readable way.
